Led by Carnegie Math Pathways Faculty Mentors, this 2- day convening will provide training for all new faculty at already implementing institutions or schools new to the network preparing to teach Qantway or Statway in the coming year.

New faculty will learn about and gain familiarity with:

• the Pathways curriculum and instructional approach,
• new Pathways course offerings,
• integrated Productive Persistence student support interventions and routines, and
• managing the Pathways online course platform.

Join us for the Carnegie Math Pathways training institute in Long Beach, California. Led by Pathway Faculty Mentors, this event will offer training to instructors preparing to teach Statway and Quantway for the first time.

Learn about and gain familiarity with:

• the Pathways curriculum and instructional approach,
• new Pathways course offerings, including corequisites,
• integrated Productive Persistence student support interventions and routines, and
• managing the Pathways online course platform.

In partnership with Madison Area Technical College, Carnegie Math Pathways is hosting an institute designed to facilitate learning and sharing among new and returning Pathways faculty members, advisors, or administrators. Take part in workshops, round tables, plenaries and training focused on sharing resources and strategies to enhance instructional and institutional practices that can transform your students’ learning and outcomes.

This institute will include:

• New Faculty Training for Statway and Quantway
• Enrichment Learning for Pathways Faculty, Administrators, and Advisors
• A Productive Persistence Workshop Open to Non-Math Faculty at Pathways institutions

Carnegie Math Pathways will also be offering a 3-hour Explorer Orientation on Friday, June 21 from 8 a.m. – Noon. Faculty and administrators who are interested in joining the Pathways will have the opportunity to take a deep dive into the design and approach of our offerings as well as connect with the Carnegie Math Pathways staff.
