Robust training, onboarding support, and mentorship from experienced peers in the Carnegie Math Pathways educator community are available to all new faculty, helping you to feel prepared and supported in your first year of teaching the Pathways.
We offer self-paced online training as well as group-based online training seminars to meet your schedule and desired learning modality.

Our supports also extend to administrators involved in math pathways implementation. We offer coaching support to meet your needs around the many facets of pathways implementation, including strategies for effective launch and scale, promising advising and placement practices, and guidance on integrating math pathways with other critical campus success initiatives.

We provide you with valuable instructional resources and data to support your practice. Corequisite Mathematics Toolkit
Sponsored by Strong Start to Finish and developed by Dana Center in partnership with Carnegie Math Pathways, this toolkit guides institutions through the process of adopting and scaling corequisites. It provides clear design principles, planning and implementation tools, and studies from the field, giving college educators a comprehensive resource to design corequisites for scale and build equity into each phase of the work.
Narrowing the Distance in ‘Distance Learning’: Lessons from Carnegie Math Pathways on Designing for Student Success Online
Carnegie Math Pathways has designed and tested a new approach to online learning that moves away from the traditional asynchronous learning model, which provides few supports to enable student success. Adapting principles that have proven to be effective in in-person course models, Carnegie Math Pathways has developed online courses focused on promoting connection and belonging. This brief shares key learnings from the design and implementation of online Carnegie Math Pathways courses as well as recommendations for how educators can support community and collaboration online.
