Strategies for Corequisite Implementation that Support Student Success
Learn about best strategies for the implementation of corequisite mathematics courses from Carnegie Math Pathways. Perspectives and examples from faculty and administrators will be shared from two years of implementation. Discussion will include strategies around student placement, course design, cohorts, and contact hours. The biggest challenges, such as time and student preparation, and keys to success, such as instructor support and student expectations, will be explored.
