Raising Success: Real Collaboration and Mindsets in Online Mathematics

Students’ mindsets about their ability to learn and belong play a critical role in the motivation to use new learning strategies, especially now. Participants will explore how a new multi-modal online instructional mathematics model can drive authentic student engagement.

Participants will walk away with an understanding of social-emotional activities that can help increase engagement, performance, and connection as well as instructional strategies related to understanding student mathematical thinking and ways to provide effective and supportive feedback.
